Click Choose OneDrive Folder Location to select the folder that you will sync to OneDrive. Enter your SUNet ID and password on the WebLogin screen. 
At the Office 365 prompt, click Sign in (do not enter your password). When prompted for where this email address is used, click Work or school. Enter your email address and click Sign in. When the app has finished downloading, click Open. Go to the Mac App Store and search for OneDrive. (The app is free.). Your computer needs to be running OS X version 10.9 or later. If you already have a personal OneDrive account set up on your Mac, you can link your Stanford account to it. If you add, change, or delete a file or folder on the OneDrive website, the file or folder is added, changed, or deleted in your OneDrive folder and vice versa. This folder is kept in sync with OneDrive. When you install the OneDrive app for Mac, a copy of your OneDrive is downloaded to your Mac and put in the OneDrive folder. If you require technical assistance, you can contact the IT Services desk.OneDrive offers the ability to store files in the cloud, access them from multiple devices, and share them with others. Your UCL email account has now been successfully added to Apple Mail (may take a few seconds to download emails). Select Mail from the list of apps and click Done. Click Sign In again at the Sign in to your Exchange account using Microsoft window. Insert your UCL email address in the format of your and click Sign In. If you already have another account set up in Apple Mail go to Mail > Add Account. If this is the first account you are adding, select Microsoft Exchange in the selection window then click Continue. Your UCL user ID & password – found on the front of your registration slip and must be appended with (e.g. Apple Mail on macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or 11 (Big Sur) – required for modern authentication and MFA. For full support you can use Outlook Web Access (OWA) or Outlook on macOS. Please note: This process is not supported by ISD and will only provide basic email functionality.
